Excitement surrounding The Devil Wears Prada 2 is at an all-time high with the film hitting theatres in less than two weeks, on May first.
With fans planning to dress up in their best Amanda Priestly-inspired Runway looks, cinemas are set to be packed this May, so it’s no surprise brands are gearing up for the hype, with Penneys leading the way.
Penneys has dropped a fashion-forward collection inspired by the unapologetic glamour of The Devil Wears Prada, reimagined through nightwear, makeup bags, and accessories. While it may not be your go-to for a black-tie event (Penneys has plenty of affordable chic looks for that), the new sleepwear and accessories line is still well worth the hype.
DTR BBY TEE - €9
This tee, featuring the iconic quote “Please bore someone else with your questions,” is absolutely to die for.
We can’t wait to make it one of our go-to comfy staples.
DTR DWP RIBBED VEST - €11
Alongside being a cute sleep tank for those warmer nights, this piece also works perfectly as a summer staple. Style it with denim shorts for an easy, casual look, or dress it up as a fun festival outfit.
DTR DWP SLOGAN CANVAS - €4
One of the most memorable quotes from the first film, this tote bag features the line: “By all means, move at a glacial pace—you know how that thrills me,” making the bag itself instantly iconic.
DTR DEVIL WRS SHORTY SET - €16
The collection includes multiple pyjama sets, from long-sleeve tops with full-length trousers to shorts and T-shirt sets.
We especially love this white shorts and T-shirt set, featuring yet another of Ms Priestly’s iconic quotes embroidered on the top: “Florals for spring. Groundbreaking.”
These are just a few of our top picks, as Penneys’ The Devil Wears Prada collection also includes cute socks and statement beauty and makeup bags. Browse the full collection here
