Twlight star Kristen Stewart has admitted to cheating on boyfriend and co-star Robert Pattinson in a statement issued this afternoon.
According to People magazine, the actress has owned up to cheating on her partner with Snow White and the Hunstman director Rupert Sanders.
Kristen is quoted as saying; ‘I’m deeply sorry for the hurt and embarrassment I’ve caused to those close to me and everyone this has affected. This momentary indiscretion has jeopardized the most important thing in my life, the person I love and respect the most, Rob. I love him, I love him, I’m so sorry,’
The statement comes after pictures of Kristen with the married father of two were published in US Weekly.
Earlier today Sanders’ wife, actress Liberty Ross deleted her Twitter account after posting two cryptic messages that seemed to address the scandal. To make matters even more complicated, Ross played Kristen’s mother in the reworked Snow White tale.
As yet, Pattinson has not publicly reacted to the news.
