One Australian politician is getting serious praise today after she had the ultimate comback for a senator who kept interrupting her. Labor senator Penny Wong is known to be talked across by Liberal National senator Ian MacDonald quite often. It has become such a known fact, that she addressed it head on yesterday during a senate hearing.

As Wong took to the mic, she said: “Thank you Mr President, the senator MacDonald really does have an unhealthy obsession with me.” Continuing to be interrupted by MacDonald, Wong snapped back with the ultimate shut down. “You’re not my type either mate, don’t worry about it.”
