A bus was left partially dangling over the River Thames after it collided with a car at Putney Bridge in London earlier this morning.
The bus driver, and woman driving the car involved in the crash were both taken to a London hospital for minor injuries as a precaution. No passengers were harmed on the bus.
According to witnesses, it was a fault with the traffic lights that caused the accident.
Passengers on the single-decker bus were evacuated onto the bridge through the rear emergency back door, but the driver had to be removed from the vehicle by the London Fire Brigade.
