Such a fitting tribute.

Yesterday the whole nation was shocked by the news that Ireland and Munster rugby legend Anthony Foley had died at the age of 42. He was in France at the time with the Munster team ahead of a match against Racing 92.

As a mark of respect and celebration for the ex-Munster player, KC of Cork’s Red FM suggested that people wear their Munster colours today and dubbed it ‘Wear Your Munster Colours’ day.

The idea gained huge support online yesterday and today has seen even more support for the tribute.

People have donned their red colours and shared photos online with the hashtag, #WearYourMunsterColours.
