One of Dublin’s largest shopping centres is now on the market.

It was first opened in 2007, with a NAMA extension being built in 2015, but now Charlestown Shopping Centre in Finglas is up for sale.

According to 98fm, the retail and leisure centre is on the market for €35.5 million… but if you buy it, it’s not only the shopping centre you’ll get.

As well as that, you’ll also own a plot of land just off the M50. The site also has planning permission for 250 apartments, so there’s that too.

The shopping centre is full of favourite go-to stores including Boots, Dunnes Stores, Heatons, Game Stop, House of Colour and Lifestyle Sports.

It also has chain restaurants such as Eddie Rockets, KFC and McDonalds.

In the new extensions, which was built only three years ago, an Odeon cinema was installed, as well as a Leisureplex.

Now, if only we had €35.5m to spend…
