MySpace star Christine Dolce has died, aged 35

Christine Dolce, who became a viral MySpace star under the name ForBiddeN, has died from liver failure.

The 35-year-old, who found fame when she amassed more than 2.1 million friends on the social network, reportedly suffered liver failure as a result of alcohol-related problems. According to TMZ, Dolce had been in hospital since December, having tried and failed to recover from her alcohol issues. She was surrounded by family and friends when she passed away. Once dubbed the 'Queen of MySpace' by Vanity Fair, she last posted a message to her 25,000 Twitter followers in August, 2016. The California native, who described herself as 'model, make-up artist, actress, and fashion designer', appeared in Playboy and also graced the covers of FHM and Maxim. An animal lover, she was also a spokesmodel for Peta.
