Muhammad Ali put on life support as family rally around

According to reports this evening, boxing legend Muhammad Ali has been put on life support.

The three times heavyweight world champion was brought to hospital yesterday with his condition described as fair.

However, it is thought that he has deteriorated since with doctors saying the iconic sports legend “could be near the end”.

According to The Mirror, many of his family members have flown in from all corners of America to be at his side in Phoenix, Arizona.

Muhammad Ali was diagnosed with Parkinson’s Disease in the 1980s and his respiratory health is thought to have suffered as a result.
