Things are about to get serious.
Met Éireann have issued a snow and ice warning for the entire country.
The yellow low temperature warning extends nationwide and comes into play on Thursday night at 11pm. It will remain in place until Friday morning at 11am.
A yellow snow and ice warning is also in place, with Ulster and Connacht set to be the counties worst affected between 5am on Friday and midday on Saturday.
