There’s going to be a lot of rain.
Met Éireann has issued a weather warning for just one county today as extensive rainfall is predicted for Kerry this evening.
The warning is in place from 4 pm until 9 am tomorrow morning and of course, people are advised to take extra care.
The national forecaster predicts rainfall accumulations of 25 to 40mm, with the highest totals in the mountains.

At the moment, this is the only weather warning in place although heavy and persistent rain is also expected in the west and southwest of the country tonight.
Although tomorrow will begin grey and misty, ‘brighter intervals’ are set to develop tomorrow afternoon.
