Fans of the show are seriously shipping the ex-Islanders, with Rob, who rose to fame on the US version of Love Island in 2023, appearing to be very fond of Maura, who starred on Love Island UK in 2019.
Maura has finally addressed the speculation on Andy Cohen’s Watch What Happens Live this week, where the Irish star was questioned about her potential romance with Rob.
Andy asked Maura: “The internet wants you and Rob to get together, and?”
To which Maura responded: “I saw, there’s a lot of videos on TikTok at the moment…”
Andy then said, “And what do you think?” and Maura teasingly replied: “I mean, you’ll have to watch the show to see if that happened…”
It was earlier in the episode that Maura also confessed she thought Rob looked "fit" in his signature overalls on the show.
Maura and Rob first crossed paths on Love Island USA, with Rob appearing as a contestant in 2023 and 2024. Around the same time, Maura took on hosting duties for the show’s spin-off, Aftersun, in 2024.
