Butcher underwent a double mastectomy after she was diagnosed with lobular breast cancer in 2022.
Her doctor suggested reconstructive surgery after she underwent surgery to have both of her breasts removed, but Butcher decided against it.
Instead, she is helping other breast cancer patients embrace their scars by proudly sharing her story.
She recently appeared topless on This Morning in a bid to help other people embrace "the beauty of their scars."
Speaking on the ITV show, Louise said she shouldn't have to hide her scars.
"I've worked so hard to get these messages out there and empower so many women. It's about being your authentic self and owning your scars. They saved my life – why would I want to hide them?"
"I've evolved into something better without them, and that's where I think the acceptance comes from, because you’re never going to look back if you’ve become something bigger and you’ve evolved. I never ran marathons when I had boobs."
Last year, Butcher became the first ever woman to run the London Marathon topless.
She said, "There are tears of joy when they see me. It was phenomenal last year, like magic. They were cheering, there was no pity there, you can't pity someone running a marathon."
"I didn't want to be pitied for losing my femininity and my breasts," she added.
People have been showering Louise with praise following her moving interview.
Louise also took part in the London Marathon on Sunday. The 51-year-old ran the marathon topless in a bid to empower others.
