The pass rate is also below the national average in Kilkenny where just 41.29 per cent of tests end in a pass.
Meanwhile, it looks like it might be easier to get your licence in the west of the country.
The test centre in Newcastle West in Co Limerick has a pass rate of 70.33 per cent, the highest of anywhere in the country.
Behind there came the test centres in Kilrush, Co Clare (65.23 per cent), Clifden in Galway (64.32 per cent), Roscommon (60.25 per cent) and Skibereen in County Cork (60.13 per cent).
Might be worth going out west to sit the test then...
