Two men are being questioned over an alleged sexual assault on two women in Cork.
According to RTÉ News, the women went to the Jason Derulo concert, which was part of the ‘Live at the Marquee’ series, before heading to a nightclub.
There they met a group of people who had also been at the gig. They allege that two men in the group carried out a serious sexual assault on them.
Gardaí are now questioning the men about the incident. Forensic examinations are being carried out as part of the investigation.
UPDATE (9.38am, June 28th): The two men arrested in connection with the allegations of sexual assault in Cork have been released without charge.
