There's also the chance of 'wintry showers' but these are expected to ease off later tonight. Winds should calm in the early hours of the morning but 'heavy and persistent rain' is expected for the latter part of tomorrow. These conditions will continue into tomorrow night and the national forecaster has suggested checking in to see if there are further weather warnings issued. This is in place from 11 am today to 3 am tomorrow and accompanies a snow-ice warning for the entire country which is also in place up until 3 am. You can check out the list of warnings in full here.
