People have been calling for the Minister for Transport Shane Ross to do more, in a statement issued yesterday, he labeled the flash strikes “entirely unjustifiable” and appealed to those on the picket lines to come off to allow Irish Rail and Dublin Bus workers to return to work, he has continued to insist that it is not his place to intervene. No official strikes have been announced AS YET, although it seems with no end in sight it could be a tough week ahead for commuters.
