He landed in London this morning.
The President of The United States, Donald Trump, touched down in London this morning at 9am.
He will be spending few days visiting the UK, before heading to our own Emerald Isle.
Anyway, just before landing in Stanstead airport, the President took to Twitter.
Donald tweeted the Mayor of London, Sadiq Khan, calling him out for not rolling out the red carpet for him.
.@SadiqKhan, who by all accounts has done a terrible job as Mayor of London, has been foolishly “nasty” to the visiting President of the United States, by far the most important ally of the United Kingdom. He is a stone cold loser who should focus on crime in London, not me……

Ouch.
The president continued, also slamming the Mayor of New York.
….Kahn reminds me very much of our very dumb and incompetent Mayor of NYC, de Blasio, who has also done a terrible job – only half his height. In any event, I look forward to being a great friend to the United Kingdom, and am looking very much forward to my visit. Landing now!

You couldn’t make it up, lads.
Jeremy Hunt was waiting for the President at Stansted airport and revealed Mr Trump talked to him about Sadiq Khan when he got off the plane.
He said: “Let’s just say he won’t be getting an invite to the White House any time soon”.
