The mum shut the claims down by posting a photo of her C-section and wrote: "Extremely realistic 'moon bump" alongside the snap.
Teigen gave birth to her daughter in January 2023. Her husband John Legend announced the news at a private concert on January 13th.
According to People, he told concert-goers that their baby was born in the morning.
Hours after their baby's birth, the singer rushed to perform at a private concert.
He told the crowd, "We welcomed the little baby this morning."
"What a blessed day," he added.
The doting dad admitted that he "didn't get a lot of sleep" but "feels energised" following the birth of their baby.
Chrissy and John suffered a heartbreaking pregnancy loss in October 2020. They tragically lost their baby boy Jack at 20 weeks.
They're also parents to son Miles and daughter Luna.
