A best-selling game has been given a huge 51% discount for a limited time on Amazon.
Usually priced at €51.79 the PS5 edition of Alan Wake II has dropped to just €25.31 as part of the discount.
As well as the PS5 deal, Xbox users can also get a discount on the game, which has dropped 42% to €29.92 for a limited time.
The sequel to 2010's Alan Wake, the story follows best-selling novelist Alan Wake, who has been trapped in an alternate dimension for 13 years, as he attempts to escape by writing a horror story involving an FBI Special Agent named Saga Anderson.
The survival horror game became one of the most expensive games to develop, and went on to sell more than 2 million copies in a year.
It received positive reviews from critics and was nominated for multiple Game of the Year awards in 2023.
One gamer said in their five star review: "I love this game. From its ability to create really dark and intense scenes to its incredible storyline and immersive music. This game has been an absolute game changer in how to tell stories."
Another wrote: "So far this game is quickly becoming my game of the year - was not that hopeful but being a huge fan of the first game and everything the studio has made was so happy with this purchase.
"Honestly this game is brilliant, it look amazing it draws you in with the storyline, the action and puzzles are solid, it’s like the first one but the visuals are breathtaking."
While a third said: "I must say I am impressed. The 1st part was awesome, however the 2nd one is even more brilliant than the 1st one.
"If you are/were fan of the 1st part of Alan, you must have it. You will not regret any penny spend it for that title. One more thing, play in the evening time than the day time (great experience)."
