Met Eireann has issued a status yellow warning today, with strong winds expected over 10 counties.
A wind warning has been set in place for Dublin, Louth, Wexford, Wicklow, Meath, Donegal, Galway, Leitrim, Mayo, Sligo, Clare, Cork, Kerry and Waterford, with Northwest to north winds expected to reach speeds of 50-65km/hr.

The weather warning was issued just after 8am this morning and will remain in place until 6pm tonight.
Be sure to wrap up warm too – today will see temperature highs of just 3 to 6 degrees Celsius.
