Andrew Tate and his brother are under house arrest.
Disgraced influencer Andrew Tate has been reportedly charged with rape and human trafficking. Tate has also been charged with forming an organised crime group to sexually exploit women.
The controversial influencer and his brother Tristan are to face trial in Romania, according to BBC News.
The Tate brothers and two Romanian female suspects are under house arrest as part of an investigation into allegations made by seven women – accusations they have denied.
Romanian prosecutors on Tuesday agreed to send all four suspects to trial.
The group was arrested in December and spent several months in prison before being released on house arrest.
