A 21-Year-Old Man Has Died Following Stabbing In Dublin

A 21-year-old man has died following a stabbing incident in Dublin.

Gardaí have stated that the man was stabbed at about 2.45am at the Oliver Bond flat complex in Dublin 8.

He was brought to St. James’s Hospital for treatment, where he was later pronounced dead.

A post-mortem is due to take place later on Sunday.

Gardaí have appealed for witnesses or anyone who may have information to contact them at Kevin Street Garda station on 01 666 9400, the Garda Confidential Line on 1800 666 111 or any Garda station.

Another man is said to be in a serious condition following a separate stabbing incident at a Halloween bonfire in Dublin on Saturday evening.

The man was taken to James Connolly Memorial Hospital where his condition is described as critical.
