A 13-year-old boy charged with the murder of Ana Kriegel is to be granted bail.
Two juvenile males were arrested following the death of the 14-year-old Kildare girl. One was charged with her murder in May and the second was charged earlier this month.
Kriegel's body was found at an abandoned farmhouse in Lucan, Co Dublin on May 14. She had been missing for three days.
RTE reports that one of the accused boys is to be "remanded in custody with consent to bail."
The boy, who cannot be named due to his age, was the first of the two to be arrested in connection with the murder.
The accused was previously refused bail late last month.
