It seems ITV show The Big Reunion has given another girl band a new lease of life.
Atomic Kitten are the latest of the 90s groups to announce that they are releasing new material now.
The girls took part in ITV’s The Big Reunion.
Apparently original trio Natasha Hamilton, Liz McClarnon and Kerry Katona have put all their troubles behind them and have already recorded a single.
Speaking about being together again at a recent Health Lottery event in London Natasha told reporters: “It’s absolutely amazing, and we’re having so much fun being back on stage and in the studio.”
She added: “We actually recorded our new single last night. We’ve literally just done it. I got out of the studio at 11pm and I couldn’t stop singing the song. I couldn’t get to sleep – I was in bed, singing!”
They first came onto the music scene in the late 90s.
But that’s not all as the girls, who also said they would be happy for Jenny Frost (she replaced Kerry when she left) to join them, are also bringing out an album.
Guess it’s time to whip out the old vest tops, denim jeans and bandanas then!
