Actor Christopher Lee (91), has released a heavy metal version of Jingle Bells and Frank Sinatra’s My Way for Christmas.
The horror film star and heavy metal lover’s new single Jingle Hells is part of his Heavy Metal Christmas Too EP, which is a follow-up to his 2012 release that featured versions of Little Drummer Boy and Silent Night.
The star of Dracula, The Lord of The Rings and Star Wars also released his first full-length heavy metal record, Charlemagne: By the Sword and the Cross, back in 2010.
“I sing another version, it’s a bit more naughty. It’s not bad, I mean bad in the sense of unpleasant. It’s entertaining, it’s certainly different” says Lee of Jingle Hells.
“And now in closing, of course, I wish you all a very happy Christmas, and for the sake of the world and those people in it, a safe New Year in 2014.”
