This is the tragic tale of one man who owns and runs a beard accessory store, until one day someone informs him that "beard accessories were not necessities" and he ends up evicted from his shop. Desperate carry on, so much so he thought he’d pen a song about it.
The Beard’s are like a creepy country version of Mumford and Sons, but we appreciate their non-having efforts. Forming in 05, the lads have spent the last few years together growing their beards and writing songs about said beards.
Other tracks dedicated to their facial fuzz include,‘If Your Dad Doesn’t Have A Beard, You’ve Got Two Mums’, ‘I’m In The Mood… For Beards’, and ‘You Should Consider Having Sex With A Bearded Man.’
We’re not going to lie, we love them a small bit. It’s true what they say, a man’s power is in his beard.
A scratch of the beard to our brothers over at JOE.ie for this one.
