The Super Bowl is one of the biggest sporting events of the year but even more so than the teams on the field, fans are eager to see what the music acts have to offer.
Last night it was Bruno Mars’ turn to impress the masses and he did just that with the help of the Red Hot Chili Peppers.
The singer kicked off his half-time performance with a drum solo before launching into some of his biggest hits including Treasure and Locked Out Of Heaven.
But it was when he was joined by Anthony Kiedis and co that the show really got started with a rendition of Give It Away.
Bruno finished off his set with Just The Way You Are which was accompanied by a video of messages from a number of American troops.
The other impressive performance of the night came from the Seattle Seahawks who beat the Denver Broncos 43-8.
