This week saw the first ever Sunday Sessions Live show take place at Whelan’s and it’s safe to say the night was a huge success.
Dundalk viral sensation David Keenan kicked off proceedings with his unique blues-influenced sound as music fans packed into the Wexford Street venue for one of the gigs of the year.

Little Hours showed why they are one of Ireland's most exciting new bands, thrilling the crowd with hits It's Still Love, Crossfire and Ember, as well as killer covers of Beyoncé's Crazy In Love and Whitney's I Wanna Dance With Somebody - not to mention some serious banter.

With the place well and truly warmed up, it was time to rock out with Mullingar's finest The Academic, who blew through an energetic set and whipped the crowd into a frenzy.
