Last week Aodhan Doherty put the anguish of thousands of Garth Brooks fans left without a ticket to his summer gigs adequately into his clever rework, ‘Standing Out Croke Park‘. Now he’s back, this time putting his genius lyrical spin on, ‘Thunder Rolls’.
The frontman of Strabane band ‘Those Ghosts’, sings his country music loving heart out in ‘They’re All Sold’.
The YouTube description reads: “Another week and another failed attempt to get Garth Brooks tickets for Croke Park. I hope this helps soften the blow even more than “Standing Outside Croke Park” did.” And it does just that.
We’re sorry that you’ve missed out on one of 400,000 tickets, Aodhan. However now that you’ve got the €65 sitting spare, you should probably invest in a new hat… it has definitely seen better days.
A huge thanks to Aodhan Doherty for sending this onto us via Twitter.
