Twitter was sent into a frenzy last night when Zayn Malik walked off stage halfway through One Direction’s concert in Perth, Australia.
The lads carried on as a foursome and it was later announced that the 22-year-old was too ill to continue the show.
“Zayn was taken ill during the show but it’s nothing serious,” a spokesperson for the band stated. “Everyone is hoping he’ll be well enough for their next gig.”
One Direction fans, famous the world over for their devotion to the group, took to Twitter instantly and #GetWellSoonZayn was trending within minutes.
