Next up to play JOE and Her.ie’s Sunday Sessions are The Strypes.
It’s been a busy year for the Cavan four-piece – they went down a treat at Slane and were the subject of BBC documentary The Best Thing From Cavan, as well as releasing their second album.
Little Victories is out now (buy here) and they’ve also announced a headline show at The Academy in Dublin on September 24 (get tickets here).
The lads called into us in Whelan’s to record a session, they played a stripped-back version of the first track on the album Get Into It and they also covered Lonely Boy by The Black Keys.
