Let’s just say this from the outset, we will NEVER forgive Ronan Keating for that cover of Fairytale of New York.
So, we didn’t hold out much hope for a Christmas classic from the reunited Boyzone this year. However, this take on a festive tune isn’t half bad, and in a way it reminds us of the good old days when the likes of Boyzone, Take That, East 17, The Spice Girls and the likes battled it out for the Christmas number one. No X Factor competition then!
Boyzone will never be the same without Stephen, (we loved him), but this is actually quite lovely. Well done Boyz.
