Not To Be Missed: James Bay To Headline The Academy Dublin

Tickets go on sale this Friday at 9am.

The latest British vocal sensation, James Bay, has announced his return to Irish shores with a headline gig at The Academy, Dublin. 

We featured the 22-year-old as a ‘Name To Remember’ earlier in the year, with similarities often drawn between Scottish crooner, Paolo Nutini, or the American singer-songwriter, Ray LaMontagne, this is one show not to be missed.

Bay enjoyed success with track ‘Move Together’ and launched his debut EP back in July 2013.  The singer released his second EP ‘Let It Go’ via iTunes and other digital retailers during the summer, which was met by rave reviews.

The singer-songwriter has supported Tom Odell, Kodaline, John Newman and is gearing up to support Wicklow sensation Hozier on his U.S. tour.

Tickets for Bay’s Academy gig on the November 17th are priced €15 including booking fee go on sale this Friday at 9am and can be purchased from Ticketmaster.ie and MCD.ie.
