Say it isn’t so!

It looks like we better appreciate every single second of Ed Sheeran’s upcoming gigs at Croke Park as, according to reports, the singer is planning to take some time off.

Ed is reportedly taking 12 months off from singing and making music, once his tour ends in December of this year.

Speaking at the Ivor Novello Awards earlier this week he said: “I’d like to live for a bit!

“I feel like I live in a bubble where nothing normal happens outside, and everything ‘Hollywood’ happens inside.

“I’d like to get on the outside for at least a year.”

Ed said he needs a break from the ‘Hollywood’ bubble.

While we know he deserves a break after a hectic couple of months, we don’t think we’ll be able to survive an Ed-free zone for too long.
