Monty Python’s Final Show To Be Broadcast Live On TV

Horaay! This is great news.

Good news Monty Python fans, if you haven’t managed to nab yourself tickets to the show – never fear – it will be broadcast live on TV!

Their final show in their upcoming London residency is set to be broadcast on comedy channel Gold on Sunday, July 20th.

The three-hour event will be screened with a live behind-the-scenes feature at London’s O2 arena before the show begins.

“What could be finer at the end of a long life in comedy, than a chance to reunite with old pals and say goodbye to all our fans in one final mad musical show?” said Monty Python’s Eric Idle.

“We are very excited that not only do we get the chance to screw up on stage, we get a chance to screw up live on TV too”.

Monty Python will be performing on stage together for the first time 40 years at their London residency, beginning on July 1st. We’re excited!
