India Yelich-O’Connor is the fifteen-year-old sister of Lorde, the latest wave changer in the music industry.
At 17, Lorde has accomplished in one year what many established acts have been attempting to do their entire career.
With four Grammy Award nominations that include, Song of the Year, Record of the Year, Best Pop Solo Performance and Best Pop Vocal Album for her debut album, ‘Pure Heroine’, the singer is proving as one vocal force to be reckoned with.
In a blog post, India linked to her Twitter account, the New Zealander uploaded a cover version of hit song, ‘Say Something’ by A Great Big World featuring Christina Aguilera.
The youngsters rendition is haunting and has a powerful emotional connection to the beautiful lyrics, something that is rare from someone so young.

Although India tells Fairfax Media, that she “merely put this cover up as something for a little bit of fun,” we see can see her following in her older sister’s musical footsteps.
