The Blizzards are back after a 6-year hiatus.
The Blizzards have just dropped their next single, Drop Down The Anchor, which is due for release on June 30th. Before then though they’ve shared it on Soundcloud for fans to enjoy.
The five-piece band made up of Niall Breslin, Anthony Doran, Declan Murphy, Justin Ryan and Aidan Lynch are back with a bang after their break. With an album in the works, a UK tour planned for June and an Irish festival exclusive returning to Cork’s Indiependence festival, the lads have really hit the ground running.
Throughout their early years, the band shared stages with the likes of Oasis, Kaiser Chiefs, The Prodigy and AC/DC. Apparently they have big things planned in the next couple of months so I’m sure we’ll be seeing a lot more of them in the future.
