Justin Timberlake has denied calling his former flame Britney Spears a “b*tch” at a concert at the weekend.
The Suit & Tie singer apparently introduced his hit song Cry Me A River (the music video of which involves a Britney lookalike) at a pre-Super Bowl performance in New Orleans by referencing his ex.
Justin allegedly referred to Britney when introducing Cry Me A River.
According to reports he said: “Sometimes in life, you think you found the one. But then one day you find out that she is just some b*tch.”
However the former N*Sync front man has taken to Twitter to clear up any confusion about his statement and insists that it wasn’t directed at the …Baby One More Time pop star.
The pair dated for three years but split after cheating claims.
He wrote: “Ok. I see you. Wouldn’t disrespect ANYONE personally. Ever. #Relax #ItsBritneyBitch I do love that saying though *with accent* #Respect [sic].”
Justin, who recently married actress Jessica Biel, called it a day on his three-year relationship with Britney after reports surfaced she had cheated on him with her choreographer Wade Robson.
