Robbie Williams and Dizzee Rascal have been in the studio and it sounds as if they’ve come up with a hit, that is if the former Take That star’s opinion is anything to go by.

The pair apparently recorded the tune, Goin’ Crazy, at the Let Me Entertain You singer’s home in America and filmed the video in London yesterday.

Robbie spoke out about the duet.

Robbie told The Sun:”I was expecting Dizzee to come round to my place in LA for an hour. He got round at 6pm, we chatted for hours and he left at 6am… It was a great night.”

He added: “The song instantly sounded like a smash. I love his vibe, his energy and he is a real talent. He seems to be the voice of this generation, so it was a no-brainer.”

The song will feature on Dizzee’s upcoming album.

And the love wasn’t all one-way as Dizzee was equally complimentary of his recording partner: “Having Robbie involved has been good. When his name came up, I was excited about it. We went to his house to record it… He told me some amazing stories. We really vibed.”

Goin’ Crazy is set to be the lead single from the rapper’s new album entitled The Fifth. It will get it’s first radio play next week and hits the shelves in June.
