At one time or another, we have all been fans of a boyband, although some of us will be a little slower to admit that than others. However, if you are going to be a real fangirl, there are certain rules you will have to follow to be considered part of the group.
1. Start to learn the words of all the songs.
2. Begin to stalk the band members on Facebook and/or Twitter.
You also need to make sure your bio line says something along the lines of “Shane followed me on the 10/9/2013” or “I’m Mrs. Zayn Malik.”
3. Force your parents/friends/bankrupt yourself buying tickets to their various shows.
4. Follow their every move.
Everywhere. Quit your job, you are now a full time fangirl.
5. Find yourself in Twitter Jail at least once a week.
You need to send a lot of tweets to get there, but you’re a fangirl, you can do it.
6. Jealous Comments/Taking on Rival Fangirls for other bands
Play nice ladies!
7. Make sure your rooms is COVERED in posters.
You are not allowed to see any of the wall basically.
8. Kiss said posters before you go to bed at night.
9. When the band inevitably splits, pick a member that you will stick with…
Until they inevitably disappear from the charts altogether…
