Music to our ears – Ireland is set to get another brand new festival this summer.

It has been announced this morning that a new music festival called Groove will take place on July 6th & 7th 2013. The festival will be set in the stunning Killruddery Estate between Bray and Greystones, right on the doorstep of Dublin city.

Organisers promise a “hassle free festival with an impressive line-up across soul, funk, roots, R&B and rock & roll”.

Over the weekend 30+ acts are set to perform, with many to be announced in the coming weeks, but organisers have released details of two headliners plus support today.

On Saturday, July 6th, James Morrison will take to the stage, supported by Soul II Soul Sound System, while home girl Imelda May will headline Sunday’s line-up, supported by Damien Dempsey.
