Patti Smith has been forced to move her show this evening indoors due to the bad weather.
Originally planned outdoors at Dublin’s Royal Hospital in Kilmainham, the adverse weather conditions have seen two marquees being put up at the site to ensure fans stay dry.
She will play her 1975 album Horses in its entirety at the special show, with Spiritualized, Ariel Pink and New Secret Weapon also on on the line-up.
“This hugely anticipated show, initially set to take place on the outdoor Main Stage at the Royal Hospital is now being staged in two tented structures,” a statement from the promoter read.
Patti is due to take to the stage at 9.15pm, and people with Forbidden Fruit weekend passes are being advised that they can also gain entry to the gig.
