Way back in the 50s and 60s at the start of his career, David made some field recordings while travelling around South America.
These recordings included indigenous musicians in Paraguay with Attenborough speaking over them - and it's that track that Big DA and his team are apparently pushing to get to Christmas number one.
Might as well, like.
The Sun reports that David's My Field Recordings from Across the Planet will be released on Friday - and then the campaign to get his first song off the album to number one will begin.
And to be honest, yeah, we'd be well able to get behind this.
