CASA BACARDÍ Stage Times Announced for Electric Picnic

If it's cocktails, fun and serious beats you're after, look no further...

The countdown is almost over… Ireland’s greatest festival Electric Picnic kicks off next Friday.

We’ve been discussing all things EP in recent weeks and one of the things we’re looking forward to is the award-winning CASA BACARDÍ Arena, which will feature a stellar line-up of top international and Irish DJs, such as Dimitri From Paris, Jonas Rathman, Nancy Whang and Ejeca.

If it’s cocktails, fun and serious beats you’re after, look no further…

CASA BACARDÍ will be in operation at Stradbally from Friday August 29th until Sunday August 31st, with French disco scene trailblazer Dimitri from Paris headlining on the Friday evening. Producer DJ Jonas Rathsman will bring his highly sought after set to  CASA BACARDÍ  on Saturday afternoon and after exploding onto the global DJ circuit in 2013, Ejeca will wrap Saturday’s party up with his fusion of house, disco, deep house and 90s house classics.

Sunday afternoon will see Nancy Whang of legendary dance-punk outfit LCD Soundsystem bring her eclectic mix of NYC disco scene, house and post punk fused with Latin influences to the arena, while dance scene shakers and regular festival headliners Pleasurekraft follow with their unique blend of house music, which continues to inspire a new generation of music producers worldwide.

Bringing the  CASA BACARDÍ festivities to a close on Sunday night is London based duo The 2 Bearswho will certainly be one of the sets to watch at the arena this year. The line-up also boasts the talents of some of Ireland’s most popular DJs including Discotekken, Kelly-Anne Byrne, Mother DJs, Billy Scurry and Ghostboy.

CASA BACARDÍ EP Stage Times are as follow:

Festival goers will have a chance to learn more about the great heritage and traditions of BACARDÍ as throughout the weekend 50 of Ireland’s finest cocktail bartenders will be found in the Cocina (kitchen) at the arena, giving festival goers take-away tips on how to make their own delicious drinks.

Keeping with tradition music lovers will of course be treated to festival favourite cocktails – the BACARDÍ Mojito, Cuba Libre, Raspberry Daiquiri and the classics – Bacardi and Coke, Bacardi “Oak and Coke” and many more.

If you’re looking for us, you’ll know where to find us… Oak and Coke, anyone?!
