X Factor Judge Reported for Assault by Contestant

It’s not even back on our screens and already there’s drama…

X Factor judge Sharon Osbourne has been reported for assault by a 73 year old who auditioned for the show.

Jonnie Rocco performed an Elvis track for Osbourne and her fellow judges Nicole Scherzinger, Louis Walsh and Gary Barlow, but was rejected by the panel.

Following Osbourne’s feedback, the OAP did an impersonation of her rocker husband Ozzy, and asked Sharon if she thought Ozzy could sing.

Sharon didn’t take the comment too well, and blasted the talent show hopeful. She also threw a pen at him, saying: “Don't you talk about my f*cking husband. Get him out of my f*cking room."

Rocco reported the incident to police, claiming the pen “could have knocked my eye out".

Police in Manchester confirmed they would be writing to X Factor bosses to "remind them of the need to conduct themselves in a professional manner".

It is not likely that any further action will be taken.
