Tenants in Dublin are outraged this week after a flat in Rathmines has gone up for rent for the pricely sum of €500.
According to the property’s history on Daft.ie, the flat had been listed at €650, and is being dubbed by many social media users as one of Dublin’s smallest properties.

Located on Leinster Road, the flat has “a fitted kitchen, dining area and a bed with its own bathroom.”
Renters in Dublin quickly took to Twitter to slam the price of the flat, which has since come down a further €5 to €495.
Speaking to The Mirror, Lowe & Associates stated: “It is a small apartment and one we’ve rented out for a while.
“The price does reflect the size and is in good condition.”
