A woman had to go to the hospital after a snake bit her bottom while she was using the toilet.
According to reports 30-year-old Iris Castroverde, from Narón in Nothern Spain, was on the loo when she heard a strange splashing noise. Moments later, she felt something bite her backside.
When she stood up and looked into the bowl, Castroverde apparently saw a 20cm-long snake disappearing down the drain. (It gives us the shivers just thinking about it!)
After the incident, which occurred around 11.00pm, the mother-of-two went to the hospital where she was treated and later released.
Speaking about it, she told Spain’s ABC newspaper: “It happened to me, but it could have happened to my two children”.
