Anyone can have a fashion faux pas… but most people’s questionable outfit choices don’t end up giving them a starring role in the internet hall of fame.
Unfortunately for mum Sam, her decision to treat herself to a designer print dress backfired when she tried on her outfit for a second opinion.
Standing in front of her husband, Sam wanted to know why he couldn’t stop laughing…
She decided to post a snapshot of the southern inspired smock on Facebook, writing:
“So I bought this dress today from MYER because I really liked it … I got home and put it on for hubby and any guesses first thing he said?? #dressfail#onceyouseeyoucantunsee”

Setting Sam back $219, the Wayne by Wayne Cooper Sahara Beaded Neck Maxi Dress caused a stir on the post – with some interesting suggestions by commenters on the post.
Apparently, the sparkly neckline is an ode to the beauty styling of ‘vajazzling’, while one response from Rachel Brown shared some serious empathy with the unsuspecting vagina victim:
“I feel your pain!!!
“I got dressed for a job interview, then realised I was wearing an angry vagina!”
If you happen to love the dress, or you’re short on time for an original Halloween costume, feel free to stop by the online shop here.
