This woman blew up her wedding dress to celebrate her divorce and went viral

Not all heroes wear capes.

One woman has become a viral sensation after footage of her unorthodox celebration of her divorce was shared online. Kimberly Santleben-Stiteler officially ended her 14-year marriage this week and decided to mark the occasion in a very special way. The Texan woman enlisted the help of her brother so she could blow up her wedding dress in LaCoste, 14 years after she wore it on her wedding day.

“It was so awesome,” she told Circa. “It was bigger and louder than I could have imagined.”

The footage of the celebration was shared online and has since gone viral thanks to the huge explosion that was heard for miles.

“We had people as far as 15 miles away tell us they heard it!”

While Kimberly says she would recommend the method to celebrate the momentous occasion, she says not everyone should try it.

“I would only recommend it for people that know how to use this stuff.”
