In an age where we sadly still have to explain why rape isn’t something to joke about, there comes this.
Writer and poet Karen Kunawicz posted the photo of a shirt bearing the logo: “It’s Not Rape, It’s A Snuggle With A Struggle” on Facebook earlier, tagging the SM Department Store who offered the shirt for sale in their “boys” section.
Speaking to GMA News, Kunawicz said that she took the photo at the third floor of the SM Store at SM Megamall. It appears that the shirt is part of the collection offered by local radio show “Boys’ Night Out,” whose hosts were signed as endorsers by SM earlier this year.
